The park is across the street from the Riverside Casino. The entrance sneaks up on you. There is a sign, but some shrubbery blocks a part of the sign so it is hard to see. You drive to the end of the first drive and around the corner to the Registration office. There are 4 or 5 pull through slots to park your rig while registering. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a back in spot on the 3rd level. There are concrete slabs alternating with gravel sites. The resort tries it keep the gravel sites open so there is plenty of room between rigs. They cannot promise it, but they try. We had plenty of room for the rig on the cement and the truck in the gravel area. I can see it would be tight during the high season. You have access to the pool and jacuzzi across the street, but you have to walk through the casino to get there. We did not use the facilities. You can walk through the parking garage over the bridge directly into the casino and avoid crossing Casino Drive, which was nice. I was surprised at how quiet it really was here, given the location. There is also a shuttle bus, with multiple pick up spots on each level, to take you over to the casino if you do not want to walk. All in all, it was a nice stay. We would stay here again for short periods. We missed having a grass spot for the lawn chairs and barbecue, and having the pool close by.

We loved this park. Wonderful reception with a valet that showed us to our site. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. All sites are cement pads with grassy areas and picnic table. Plenty of room. Nice walking paths. Extremely quiet. Clean laundry with new machines. $1.25 to wash. $1 to dry. The restrooms were are all individual rooms and include personal showers with door locks. Shuttle bus to casino picks you up at your site, and delivers you back. We will definitely stay here again. Rate reflects a Good Sam discount and Casino Players Club discount. We camped in a fifth wheel.

The office was closed on Sunday, but there is a check-in box, and our paperwork and map to our site was right there. We had space 97, a large pull-through lot with nice level, cement pad. We didn't even extend the stabilizers for our one night stay. Each site has a grassy area with picnic table and barbeque stand. We did a walk around the place, and were very impressed. There appears to be a lot of full timers here, and I can see why. The place is immaculate. The restrooms and showers were clean with good water pressure. In the lounge, there was a fairly new pool table. Also, there was exercise equipment (treadmill, stair stepper and universal gym) along with a large TV, and a few tables with jig saw puzzles. I didn't notice any traffic noise until I woke up in the morning, and even then it wasn't really loud. There is a big Safeway store next door and strip mall with a fabric/crafts store, a clothing and shoe store, a post office, and other variety stores. If I had reason to be in Salem for any length of time, I would definitely consider staying here again. Price reflects a Good Sam discount.

Very nice park. Cement pads with grass between sites. We stayed at site #120, a pull through site. There was a valet to lead you to the site. Very clean. On a busy road, but we did not hear much noise. Stellar things about this resort is the restaurant. Food is great, and they will deliver to your site if you do not want to go into the restaurant to eat! A local paper is delivered to your day each day, if you request it. There are cookies available each day. They also have private showers with locking doors. Our only criticism is that there were a minimum number of picnic tables. Our site did not have one. We did hear train noise during the day, but nothing in the middle of the night. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice park. Great reception with valet guide to our spot. We stayed in #116. Level pads with grassy areas between sites. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. We did not check the restrooms or showers outside of the lodge. The restrooms in the lodge were clean, and there was a nice big lounge with games and jig saw puzzles available. There is a nice path to walk down by the Sacramento River. It is not far off the freeway, but we did not hear much noise. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. This was nice for us as we were just staying the night and did not want to unhook. The only reason we are not giving this resort a 10 is due to the train noise. The train went by at about 8:15pm and then again about 4:15am. We were awake at 4:15am as we were getting an early start that morning. Had we not been awake, I don't think we would have heard it. I would definitely stay here again.
